VALMONT SQUARE

Interior and exterior rehabilitation and renovation of three existing multi-family buildings, for increased livability and decreased ongoing maintenance. Design included remodeled kitchens and baths with increased accessibility, new finishes, and added storage in each unit. Assisted the owner with development of a standardized palette of finishes and fixtures to be implemented across their entire portfolio.  Replace existing railing exterior balconies and stairs, and re-side all buildings with pre-finished fiber cement siding.
