Site planning and building design for a 34 unit, 3-story multifamily building over a 1 story underground parking garage. The project is projected to exceed typical IECC energy efficiency, be completely electrically powered, and features renewable on-site energy through PV panels on the roof. Unit sizes range from 1,000 SF to 1,200 SF. Amenities include common flex space, a pet spa, and rooftop patio.
