GREGORY STREET PLAZA​

New 21,700 SF outdoor plaza with 24-hour access that connects a mix of existing buildings. Renovate six historic buildings and design two new buildings culminating in a mix of retail, exhibit, future bar/restaurant, and public restroom spaces.  A new exhibit building will feature the City's vintage fire truck and historic fire fighting equipment.  The plaza is primarily grand circulation space that will accommodate farmer’s markets and car/motorcycle events.  A sound system surrounds the plaza that will support public speaking and concerts.
