Core and shell construction of a 2-story medical office building on a 4 acre site at a developing central corridor in Erie, CO. The exterior of the building was designed using a combination of classic brick and stone materials, and featured iconic curved metal roof towers to create a landmark building that complements the adjacent commercial district. The interior boasts a grand atrium entry space with a full height warm wood panel feature wall to welcome visitors. Tiered soffits with recessed lighting wrap around the first-floor hallway, and a decorative glass and steel staircase leads up to the 2nd floor, which has a floating overlook with views down to the entry doors. The site work included low water irrigated landscaping, brick screen walls and a terraced concrete landscape plaza for public and tenant use.
