A state-of-the-art gaming and esports lounge within the University Memorial Center at the University of Colorado Boulder, covering a 1,275-square-foot area. The project encompasses expansive office and manufacturing areas, a striking entryway, and an outdoor break area. The facilities will incorporate a dedicated multiplayer console area and a fully equipped broadcast studio among its amenities.
