400 CHASE
Rehabilitation of late 19th century residential home estimated to have been built in 1898. Re-planning of interior floor plan to improve livability and desirability as a home functioning in the 21st century. Non-historic portions of the house were demolished to return the home to its historic form and footprint. Restoration of historic details, such as the front door with etched glass were a highlight of this two-story home. The home’s 2nd floor low sloping ceilings create a cozy space for kid’s bedrooms and study space.
