Rehabilitation of late 19th century residential home. Re-planning of interior floor plan to improve livability and desirability as a home functioning in the 21st century. Exterior form and openings remain consistent with existing, including a reconstructed porch based on historic photo evidence.  A bonus loft space was created over the kitchen where a low head height 2nd floor once existed. Hydronic in-floor heating maximized available floor planning for this compact home.
