PARAGON ESTATES MARSHALL FIRE REBUILDArchitectural design for a new contemporary, single-story, high-performance Energy Star certified home and detached garage for a rebuild as a result of the Marshall Fire disaster. Responding to the client’s initial goals for a high-performance home, while balancing the insurance settlement driven budget, and increased construction costs. The design includes Passive House principles of responding to solar orientation, compact footprint, and maximizing natural light as well as emphasizing views to the Flatirons.
