New roof structure and building additions will transform a traditional style brick and stucco home, with the primary goal to provide an open floor plan that enhances the owners’ treasured unobstructed views of the Flatirons. Additions for a new master suite, large chef’s kitchen, enhanced laundry room with built-in storage, and flexible dining space to accommodate large family meals. Multiple variations of exterior materials and styling have been studied with the owner to achieve the perfect blend of contemporary and traditional.
