Renovation of an existing attorney's office involves reconfiguring to add visually modern offices with full glass walls from floor to ceiling on the second floor. A new controlled entry into a shared conference room on the third floor is also being constructed.

Furthermore, the lounge is being relocated adjacent to an exterior wall, providing direct access to the existing patio, while multipurpose spaces are being reallocated.
