Peter
E. Heinz
AIA - Principal, Director of Sustainable Design

Received his Bachelor of
Environmental Design and Master of Architecture from the University
of Colorado
at Boulder in the mid seventies. In the ensuing thirty years, PEH
has participated and successfully completed a wide variety of
architectural
and planning projects.
Since founding the sole proprietorship, work has focused on renovation
of
existing and design of new educational facilities, disabled accessibility
review and implementation, program planning for educational facilities,
municipal facilities such as fire stations and libraries, and
recycling
existing residential projects for Boulders changing demographics. |

Fritz
Harris-Glade AIA - Principal, LEED AP

Received his Bachelor of
Environmental Studies in Architecture from the University of
Detroit, Master
of Architecture from the University of Colorado at Boulder and
AMDP in Real Estate from Harvard University Graduate School of
Design. He has
started and partnered several firms in Colorado and California.
Affiliated with PEH ARCHITECTS, he has been responsible for
the development
of multiple assisted living facilities.He
holds architectural licenses in the states of California, Colorado,
Hawaii and Oregon as well
as being NCARB certified. His designs have appeared in newspapers,
trade journals, the AIA's Architecture for Justice and as feature
articles in Live and Invest, Metal Building Review and Masonry
magazines and was a guest editor for Hawai’i Pacific Architect
magazine.

Christopher
Mirto Associate AIA, LEED AP

Received his Bachelor of
Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder
in 1999. During
his time at CU, he volunteered at the campus chapter of Habitat
for Humanity, and was involved in both field work and staffing
the
on-campus office. Chris has been employed at PEH since the summer
of 1998, when he assumed the lead role in model production in
the
office. Since joining the team full-time, he has taken on numerous
other responsibilities, including construction document drafting,
shop drawing coordination
and record keeping. Additionally, he has successfully managed projects
through the City of Boulder's extensive design review/entitlement
process. |

Nathan
Pillatzke Associate AIA
nathanp@peharch.com
Graduated with a Bachelor’s
of Architecture from North Dakota State University in Fargo in
2001.
During his schooling, he placed in two design competitions and
was also published in Form-Z, a bi-annual international magazine.
His efficiency in standardized AutoCAD
drafting and knowledge of wood-frame construction made for a
successful
addition to the team in the development of several construction
documents. To add to his technical base of knowledge, Nathan
is also very skilled in the production of visual representation.
Whether it is by hand or with many of the numerous photo-enhancing
or digital modeling programs on his PC, Nathan possesses the
skills and knowledge that can contribute to any design.

Justin Price
LEED AP, Project Manager

Justin graduated from the
University of Colorado - Boulder with his Bachelors of Environmental
Design in 2002. Upon completion he furthered his studies by
obtaining his Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado
at Denver in 2004. Since graduating Justin has worked with a
couple of Colorado firms gaining experience in creating
Construction Documents for Multifamily Projects in Arizona, California,
and Colorado. He also has worked on several small retail and
office projects in Colorado performing such
tasks as city submittals, CD packages, and shop drawing coordination.

Kate Adams
Project Manager

Kate graduated in Environmental Design with Special Honors from the University
of Colorado at Boulder. While in school, she had three final projects selected
for the graduation exhibition. Since joining PEH Architects in 2006, she
has participated
in the residential studio, focusing on aspects of light wood frame residential
and commercial projects, as well as historic restorations. Kate
is interested in investigating the relationship between architecture
and the environment, while obtaining additional experience with the practical
and technical
side. As a Boulder native, Kate enjoys being able to give back to the
community she was raised in through environmentally conscious design. |

Erin Gambacorta
Associate AIA

Erin received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts, with a concentration in Architecture, from the Savannah
College of Art and Design in 2005, and later went on to receive a Masters of Architecture in 2006.
Following graduation, Erin was employed for several years at a high-end residential firm in Charleston,
SC where she was involved with all phases of the architectural design process for projects spanning the
East Coast. After returning to Colorado in 2009, Erin remained active in the design community while
also volunteering with elementary-level after school educational programs, and enrolling in several
continuing education courses. Erin’s hands on experience and close attention to detail have proven
valuable in schematic design, review submittals, and construction document creation. Nearing the
completion of the IDP, Erin is eager to start the process of becoming a licensed architect.

Tiffany Carlson
Draftsperson

Tiffany will graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in June of 2012,
with a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree, and a minor in Sustainable Environments. During 2010-11,
she spent a year studying architecture in Denmark, where, as a part of an interdisciplinary
three-person team, she won an international design competition. She is skilled in physical and
digital modeling and rending, and works with a diversity of computer programs, including Photoshop, Form Z
and Rhino. Working with the team at PEH ARCHITECTS, she is gaining real-life experience in the
field to supplement her studies. She is interested in the relationship between architecture, nature,
and health, and as a Boulder native, she hopes to give back to the community through sustainable and
thoughtful design.
