Compatible Development Ordinance - City of Boulder
Boulder's "Compatible Development Ordinance" is an ordinance to further limit the size of additions and new construction on residential lots in the city of Boulder.

Approved on October 6th, 2009
Effective January 4th, 2010

This is a significant change to the city's planning and development land use code that will affect all residences who plan to build additions or new homes. The measures used are as numerous as they are confusing.
